Transport links
Eastcote tube station is less than a mile from the development and is on the Piccadilly/Metropolitan line, offering regular services into the heart of London in just 30 minutes.
For convenience, the tube station will be directly linked from a newly created cycle path that will run through the development.
As well as a number of further tube stations, there is a fast overland train service travelling from West and South Ruislip to Central London in less than half an hour.
Road links are excellent too, with the M40/A40 just 4 miles away, the M25, M1 and M4 within easy reach and Heathrow being just twelve miles away.

From M25
Leave the M25 at junction 16, joining the M40 (signposted Uxbridge,London W) for approximately 2 miles.
Continue on the A40 and when you reach Swakeleys Roundabout junction, branch left.
Then at Swakeleys roundabout take the 1st exit onto Swakeleys Road - B467 (signposted Harefield, Ruislip, Ickenham).
At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Swakeleys Road - B467 (signposted Ickenham, Ruislip).
At 'Coach & Horses' public house, turn left onto High Road, Ickenham (signposted Ruislip) B466, travelling past West Ruislip underground station.
At roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Kingsend and then go straight over at the traffic lights onto Pembroke Road.
Continue onto Park Way and Elm Avenue.
Turn left and you will be entering Lime Grove.
