DIRECTIONS TO AUSTEN COURT:

From the North, head south on the A3 towards Portsmouth. Merge onto the A3(m). Take the exit onto the A27 (towards Portsmouth) and continue for just under 6 miles. Exit at the junction for Cosham/A3 (N)/Hilsea/A3 (S) and keep left at the fork, continuing to follow A2047. The road will bear left into Copnor Road, turn first left into Peronne Road, then turn left onto Bapaume Road and you have reached Austen Court Sales & Marketing Suite.

From Southampton, head east on the M27 towards Portsmouth. Exit at junction 12 towards A27 (Paulsgrove/Cosham/Hilsea). Turn right at Southampton Road (A27). Continue straight over the first roundabout. At the second roundabout take the third exit (London Road, A3). Keep left at the fork continuing to follow A2047. The road will bear left into Copnor Road, turn first left into Peronne Road, then turn left onto Bapaume Road and you have reached Austen Court Sales & Marketing Suite.
