  • leave the A12 at junction 26, then at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A1124, Essex Yeomanry Way.
  • At the Essex Yeomanry roundabout take the second exit continuing along the A1124 London Road.
  • Continue along the A1124 as London Road becomes Lexden Road and finally Southway.
  • At the Southway roundabout take the 3rd exit onto B1022, Maldon Road, from there turn left onto Errington Road.
  • At the end of the road turn right onto B1026, Butt Road, then immediately turn left onto Circular Road West.
  • Follow the road and Blenheim Park is on your right.

From Ipswich -
  • Follow the A12 (Southbound) towards London and exit the A12 at junction 29.
  • At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Ipswich Road (A1232), Continue along this road, going straight over 3 roundabouts.
  • At the junction with East Street turn right and continue straight on up East Hill, at the top of the hill turn left into Queen Street.
  •  Follow this road until you reach the roundabout, go straight over onto Mersea Road (B1025), at the first set of lights turn right onto Napier Road.
  • Turn right onto Berechurch Road, at the traffic lights turn right onto Circular Road South. Continue along this road and Blenheim Park is on your left.
