Head onto the M4 Westbound, towards Swansea. Leave the M4 at Junction 45 then at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A4067 (signposted Pontardawe). At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A4067 then at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A4067. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A4067, then the 2nd exit at the next roundabout, staying on the A4067. Turn right onto Graig Newydd where you will find the development.
