Follow A1 (signposted The North, Hatfield, M25) and branch left (signposted Borehamwood A5135). At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A5135 (signposted Borehamwood). Continue forward and keep in the left hand lane (signposted Elstree, Borehamwood). At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A5135 and then at the next roundabout take the first exit onto the A5135. Oaktrees is on the right hand side.
