- leave the A12 at junction 26, then at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A1124, Essex Yeomanry Way.
- At the Essex Yeomanry roundabout take the second exit continuing along the A1124 London Road.
- Continue along the A1124 as London Road becomes Lexden Road and finally Southway.
- At the Southway roundabout continue straight over along Southway A134.
- At the next roundabout take the 4th exit on to Mersea Road, B1025.
- Follow the road and Praecedo is on your left hand side.
From Ipswich -
- Follow the A12 (Southbound) towards London and exit the A12 at junction 29.
- At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Ipswich Road (A1232), Continue along this road, going straight over 3 roundabouts.
- At the junction with East Street turn right and continue straight on up East Hill, at the top of the hill turn left into Queen Street.
- Follow this road until you reach the roundabout, go straight over onto Mersea Road (B1025).
- Praecedo is found just the road on the left hand side.
