The Kennet & Avon Canal, close to Quakers Walk, boasts the spectacular Caen Hill flight of 29 locks, built in the late 1700s and recently restored. Another town landmark, Wadworth's Brewery, still uses traditional Shire horses to deliver real ale round the area.
