From M69
Leave the M69 at junction 1, taking the exit onto the Hinckley Road (B4109). After 1.6 miles turn right onto the B4114 and travel 4 miles (through 2 roundabouts). Turn left onto Avenue Road (A4254) at the roundabout. At the next roundabout take the second exit onto the A444, third exit at the following roundabout onto Health End Road (B4112). After almost half a mile turn left onto Bermuda Road. Continue a quarter of a mile down the road; the development entrance will be on your left.

From A5 (Hinckley)
From the A5, take the A47 towards Nuneaton. After half a mile take the first exit onto Eastboro Way (A4254) and proceed over 3 roundabouts. At the forth roundabout take the second exit onto the A444, third exit at the following roundabout onto Heath End Road (B4112). After almost half a mile turn left onto Bermuda Road.
