Description

Situated just three miles from Colchester Town Centre, with panoramic views of the Essex countryside in one direction and historic Colchester in another, this site is designed to enhance and complement its surroundings.

The Boulevard Phase II is the latest phase of Tamarinds, a development set with the newly formed New Braiswick Park community.  Offering a stunning range of first time and family homes at The Boulevard you will be perfectly placed to enjoy everything this development and Colchester has to offer.

About the area
The setting for these exceptional homes owes much to the landscape architects, arboriculturalists and ecologists who have ensured that this is a place where existing bird and wildlife is protected and where the landscape design, encourages ecological diversity.

Designed so that from the country lanes and valley beyond it looks imposing and impressive, Tamarinds is totally at home in its surroundings.  A place to arrive at.  A place to come home to.

In Colchester expect the unexpected - the country's lowest rainfall - which is why you will find vineyards in the area producing English wine.  Expect to discover old weavers' cottages in the charming Dutch Quarter, as well as areas of new resurgence along the riverside.   And while the town is set in the quintessential English landscape that inspired old masters from Constable to Gainsborough, today's Colchester is also renowned for its cutting-edge contemporary scene with a raft of art galleries and exhibitions.
