Description

The Bridge is the most advanced mixed-use regeneration project in the Thames Gateway. It is transforming a 264-acre brownfield site to create a vibrant new community for Dartford.

About the area
Situated next to the QEII bridge and close to the River Thames, Dartford is the perfect location, close to both the bright city lights of London and the beautiful countryside. Located on the borders of London, Kent and Essex, it is a very dynamic and exciting area. Originally a small market town Dartford now has two of the largest shopping centres in Europe - Bluewater and Lakeside, and the International rail station at Ebbsfleet provides direct links with the continent.
