Hunter French Estate Agents were formed in 2005 by Stephen Hunter and Karen Dumine both of whom had been working in corporate Estate Agency since 1996 and 1988 respectively.

They decided to join forces and opened an Estate Agency that actually focused on selling property rather than mortgages, overseas homes and insurances! The first office was opened on the busy London Road in Bath - covering Larkhall and the villages beyond.

In 2007 their second branch was opened in Corsham, followed by Devizes, Frome and Tetbury. In 2010 Karen Dumine headed up the new office in Bruton and then Wincanton. 2024 welcomed another new branch opening in Wotton - Under - Edge in Gloucestershire.

Karen has a wealth of incredible knowledge in the property industry. She has not only helped hundreds of people move in her career but has also been involved in property renovation, holiday lets, short term rentals - she has even written about property and been published in newspapers and magazines.

She is joined in the Bruton Office by Sam Laycock, Isabella Creighton, Holly McPhee - Clarke and Olive Evan-Van Cleef. Independent financial services are provided by Jeremy Blair and Jo Betts
