Regency Lettings & Property Management are members of the Deposit Protection Service (custodial), The Property Ombudsman service (TPO), Client Money Protect (membership CMP003730) and Federation of Small Business (FSB). All Tenant Deposits are held in a custodial scheme with the DPS.
