The Wright Business Centre was built in 2006 to provide serviced office space. The building won a design award from The Glasgow Institute of Architects and achieved a 'very high' environmental rating from the Building Research Establishment. The construction was part financed by the European Regional Development Fund. The business centre has an EPC rating of C+.
