Exchange Residential was established in 2000 to provide a reliable, professional lettings and property management service in Newcastle upon Tyne. Originally set up to manage properties for our parent company - property development and investment firm Adderstone Group - demand quickly grew through word of mouth. Soon, we were managing homes on behalf of landlords across the region who had been impressed by our service.
