    At 24.7 Property Letting, ensuring our tenants are treated with the respect they deserve is one of our main priorities. 

    We don't charge Admin Fee's / References Fee's. All tenants require a deposit and rent in advance, there are no hidden costs.

     We are flexible when arrange viewings with prospective tenants for our properties, we are available during the day, evenings and weekends. 

     We ensure all our properties are up to standard before anyone takes occupancy, this includes - Tenancy agreements, AT5s, standard letter for tenants, inventory, gas safety certificate, energy performance certificate, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarm, deposit transferred to tenancy deposit scheme and tenancy information pack provided.

     We are on hand to deal with any repairs and emergency repairs that are required to be carried out, no matter what time of day. We have our own trades team and we work with local contractors in order to reduce your wait.

    Mark Breen - Branch Manager
    Mark has a wealth of knowledge and many years experience working in the letting industry. Marks' day to day office duties include linking properties to correct tenants, negotiating with landlords and also being the sole contact for all letting issues for our landlords.
    Mark is also responsible for all our Property Managers ensuring that they all develop and deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner.

    Michael Tarellii - Senior Property Manager
    Michael joined 24.7 in September 2010 as part of our rapid expansion. Michael has a wealth of knowledge and experience in property inspections and property management issues. 
    His current role involves reporting on property condition and assessing its suitability to let. Michael is our head viewing agent and supervises all inventories and mid tenancy inspections. 
    Michael previously worked for over 25 years with one of Scotland's premier firms of Chartered Surveyors and is well placed to pass on his knowledge to his colleagues.
