A & M Property Services has been letting and managing properties in
Bexleyheath, Bexley, Sidcup, Erith, Crayford, Dartford and the surrounding areas since 1996.
Unlike many agents who run a lettings department to support their main sales operation A & M is not a sales agent. We therefore focus all our resources on the letting and management of property. In the event that a landlord opts for a non management service we offer a “lifeline” where landlords can call us if they have a problem and we will assist for a negotiated fee thus providing a degree of reassurance in relation to their letting. A & M are members of the National Approved Letting Scheme and the SAFEagent scheme which confirms that we have Client Money Protection insurance giving both landlords and tenants peace of mind. .
Our offices are situated in Iris Avenue on the borders of Bexley and Bexleyheath and provide problem free parking for our clients. Bexleyheath is well catered for in the form of shops restaurants and bars and it is a short drive or bus journey to the Bluewater Shopping Centre. Trains from stations in the area provide easy access to London via London Bridge, Charing Cross and Victoria and the new Ebbsfleet Station provides a fast link to Europe.
