We are a local, independent firm specialising in Residential Lettings and Property Management.
We are fully regulated agents being members of The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). We pride ourselves on the professional service we offer as most of our new business comes from recommendations. For three years running we were nominated for Letting Agent of The Year and achieved "top 10" place rankings in the South East region. This award is based purely on feedback given by our landlords to the event organisers, so is an achievement we are extremely proud of.
As well as having ARLA qualified staff, we are also members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme and hold Client Money Protection Insurance for our client's complete peace of mind.
Tenants deposits are registered with The Dispute Service, an approved Government scheme.
We are open 7 days a week and undertake viewings and appointments at weekends and in the evenings for the convenience of both tenants and landlords. We accompany all viewings.
