    What is a Property Guardian?

    Property Guardians are working individuals and couples who reside in our properties on a flexible monthly licence agreement.

    The properties would otherwise sit empty, so owners allow us to offer reduced-cost accommodation to Guardians on flexible terms and this means the property is looked after, the Guardians enjoy affordable rent and we also get to do something socially responsible by reusing those properties.

    They are not always houses and flats. Sometimes we manage schools, offices, care homes, libraries and so on, so you might just get to live a very interesting property too!
