As Chartered Surveyors we are bound by the Institutions' code of conduct and having been founded in 1857 are well versed in all Property Management matters. The dedicated team is based in Great Yarmouth and has a hands on management style over a radius of 20 miles from that office.

    Our Fully Managed Service is ideal for Landlords who have limited time to manage their property. We take care of every aspect of the tenancy. This service includes all of the following:

    Sue Taylor - Accounts Manager
    Sue joined Aldreds back in 1979. Since then, she has fulfilled a number of roles within the company and is now responsible for dealing with the rent payments, tenancy agreements and landlord accounts for our many hundreds of managed properties.

    Susie Cannon - Lettings Office Manager
    Susie joined Aldreds in 2008. As Lettings office manager based at the Hall Quay rental department, Susie is responsible for overseeing our lettings and property management business and has been successful in growing the department.

    Matthew Nuttall - Lettings Lister / EPC Assessor
    Matthew joined Aldreds in 2007 to provide our clients with Energy Performance Certificates. Based at the Hall Quay rental department, he now also offers residential lettings market appraisals and property advice to our clients.

    Stephen Nuttall - Inspections and Viewings
    Stephen is a hugely experienced Estate Agent with a wealth of knowledge. His long association with Aldreds in Great Yarmouth stretches back over 36 years. Stephen now spends most of his time out of the office, meeting tenants at property viewings and mid term inspections.

    Michelle Archer - Administrator
    Michelle joined Aldreds as part of the Residential Sales department in 2005. Michelle moved to the Lettings department in 2011 where her responsibilities now include dealing with deposits, coordinating maintenance work and preparing marketing materials.

    Carol joined Aldreds Lettings back in 2003, and after a break to start a family, she returned to the department to deal with a number of areas of the business including; organising Gas Safety Certificates, processing tenancy applications and organising maintenance works.
