    Paul Lambert MNAEA - Director
    Paul joined the firm in 2007 having previously worked in the locality for a competitor agency since 2000. Paul was appointed as a Director in 2015 and is generally based at our Stalham office heading up our operation in the Broadland area and the North Norfolk Coastal villages. With over 22 years of experience, Paul carries out daily property valuations right across our operating area and specializes particularly in the NR12, NR13, NR28 & NR29 areas as well as picking up the day to day management responsibility of the Broadland office in Stalham. Paul lives in Acle with his wife and three daughters and is a keen Broadland Sailor and Norwich City FC supporter.

    Peppa is a vastly experienced member of our team having worked in estate agency in Norfolk since 1994, previously working for another local independent agency for over 20 years. Based at our Stalham office, Peppa offers an extremely experienced hand with sales negotiation and progression. Peppa has achieved the NAEA Certificate of Practice in Estate Agency and is a Fellow member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

    Tracie Ablitt - Sales Negotiator
    Tracie joined Aldreds as a sales negotiator in our Great Yarmouth office in 2002 and worked with us until 2006, when she left to live and work overseas. Tracie returned to the UK and in 2012 and rejoined Aldreds, this time for our Gorleston office but based as a new homes on-site representative. On successful completion of this development Tracie moved to viewings representative for the Gorleston office. In addition to this Tracie joined our Stalham office in 2015 to lend an experienced hand as a sales negotiator where she is currently primarily based.

We discussed the local area and Paul was very knowledgeable about the market. We agreed the selling price and the property went on the market in the next few days. A number of viewings were booked and there was a great deal of interest. Within a couple of weeks we had a number of offers and agreed to accept one at the full asking price.
