    alexandre-boyes.co.uk became 'mobile' friendly in 2010 increasing traffic from smart phones by over 1000%.

    It is commonly reported that over 90% of property applicants now come through the internet and our website regularly ranks no.1 on Google with the search 'Estate Agents Tunbridge Wells' or 'Tunbridge Wells Estate Agents'.

    Day to day Block Management Block Management involves looking after the day to day concerns which accompany owning, or being responsible for, a block of flats or large estate. This includes maintenance work and repair to buildings, gardens, communal areas & handling emergencies (including out of hours). We arrange building and lift insurance, directors & officers insurance, organise utility suppliers and ensure compliance with health and safety, fire and asbestos legislation.     CommunicationEnsuring that our clients are communicated with regularly is an essential part of our job as property managers. We advocate regular dialogue with our clients and always involve them in the decision making process. We have a property management and accounting system, Propman by Grosvenor Systems, which provides a robust, efficient accounting system as well as helping manage the associated day to day tasks.

    For Developers We understand that the choice of managing agent can instil confidence in buyers and reflect the reputation and brand of the developer. Our services to developers are not limited to but include; providing advice on lease content and structure, specifications, preparing a realistic service charge budget to issue to potential purchasers, liaising with solicitors on service charge and maintenance enquiries and providing a company secretary role.     Dan has lived in Tunbridge Wells his entire life, being an Old Tonbridgian & Holmewoodian.

    Dan has headed the sales team at Alexandre Boyes for twelve years, and has an excellent understanding of the Tunbridge Wells property market, being one of the most experienced estate agents in the town. He is able to provide genuine guidance to both sellers and buyers from both a professional and personal angle. Dan has an established client base who have used him time and again due to his accurate valuations, his excellent negotiation skills and the quality service the team deliver.

    Dan lives locally with his wife and three young children. Asked what his interests in life are he replied "Rugby, Cricket, Wine, my family and my garden, although not necessarily in that order!"

    Ben Carey BA (Hons) - Negotiator

    Ben joined Alexandre Boyes in 2011.

    Ben graduated in Interior Architecture in 2007 from the University of Lincoln, proceeding to train and work within the Property Industry for a number of well-known Estate Agents in Lincolnshire before going on to establish and build one of Lincolns most successful Lettings Agents. He then decided to re-locate to Kent, where he was raised, in order to develop his career further.

    In 2012 he commenced a masters degree at South Bank University in Building Surveying whilst continuing to work full time with AB.
