Alistair personally started in Estate Agency in 1985, initially with his father’s company, Dudley Charlton, until its sale in 1987, working his way to Area Director level with a National Estate Agency chain and Regional Director of a large company covering England/Scotland, before starting his own business in Whitley Bay in early 2000.
