From everyday repairs to marketing the property to rent collection, we can cover it all.
We issue assured 6-month tenancy agreements and obtain a months deposit before anyone moves in. We collect rent at the beginning of the month and any delays to this by the tenant, will be sorted and collected as soon as possible. Rents are paid direct into your chosen bank account, net of our management fee, on the day they are received by us. We undertake repairs subject to your approval, within 24 to 48 hours and you are informed of any action that will be taken. If the repairs are substantial, a detailed quote will be issued to you for your authority before they are undertaken.
When a tenant vacates a property, you are notified immediately, it is cleaned, any repairs done and it is remarketed as soon as possible, so that we can get it occupied as soon as possible.
