    We pride ourselves on building solid foundations from the outset when it comes to our clients. If you are thinking of selling the first thing we need to do is get to know you and your property, so we would like to start by arranging a time to personally visit and value your property. We encourage you to fire as many questions at us as possible and we will of course provide you with all the information you need when it comes to moving. With the Oxfordshire knowledge we have gained over the years, along with up to date marketing materials we will be able to give you a realistic marketing price as well as discus the most beneficial way of moving forward to suit your needs.

    Once you have decided Amelies are the agent for you we will jump straight in to action! We will book the photographer in at a time that suits you, they will take professional photos as well as create a detailed floorplan of your property. Need and EPC, we can arrange that also! Once we have everything back we will create a bespoke description for your property and when you give us the green light we will launch your property to Rightmove, Zoopla and our own website.
    Amelies will also order that all-important 'For Sale' board (soon to be SOLD!) and update all our potential buyers.

    Why should you do your own viewings, when we are the experts? We will personally accompany ALL viewings. We aim to be as flexible as possible as we appreciate that some potential buyers are only free out of normal working hours. You will receive feedback after every viewing as well as updates on how your home is performing on the websites. Our aim is to sell your property for the highest amount possible in a time that suits you.

    Once a sale is secured we will continue to keep you fully informed at every step right up until completion. We will keep in touch with the solicitors involved and contact you with weekly updates. If you are buying on, we can help with negotiations on your purchase as well. And remember our low fee of just 1% +VAT isn't payable until completion!

    Jessica launched Amelies Estate Agents in 2013, naming the business after her daughter Amelie.

    Amelies Estate Agents vision is to change people's perception of Estate Agents by providing an honest, transparent and personal service. We aim to make the moving process as stress free and as enjoyable as possible to our clients by offering a fresh approach.

    Jessica Ashley - Company Director
    Jessica began her career as a trainee sales negotiator in 2002 for a well established high street agency. Over the next ten years she progressed to branch manager and ran a successful branch in Oxford. Jessica decided that the corporate life wasn't right for her new family and decided to open Amelies in order to be more flexible with time as well as deliver what she believes to be a superior level of customer care. Since 2013 Amelies has grown from strength to strength but Jessica's core values remain the same.In her spare time, Jessica likes to be with her daughter Amelie, a firm favourite for them both is Blenheim Palace (mostly due to their exceptional cake) and Amelie loves the butterfly house! Jessica also likes to spend time socialising with friends and family and is often found sampling new eateries.

    Daniel McCarthy - Company Director
    Daniel started his career in the Lettings Industry as a Trainee Negotiator fifteen years ago and progressed his career through the ranks to Area Manager level overseeing six offices. Having worked for a selection of well-known brands and having experienced a range of different market places across Oxfordshire, Daniel made the decision to jump ship from the corporate world and join an independent company.Daniel joined the Amelies team in 2017 as a Director and is looking forward to working alongside Jessica focusing on Amelies core values. In his spare time, Daniel's main passion is fine dining and enjoys sampling new restaurants and cuisine from around the world, wine tasting, home DIY projects, gardening, travel, exercise and socialising with friends and family.
