James is also a qualified estate agent and domestic energy assessor, carrying the qualifying initials of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and Domestic Energy Assessors (dipDEA)

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PROPERTY - You can register your details with Snapes and receive daily, weekly and monthly property updates, dependent on the frequency property comes to the market to suit your needs. Our properties for sale can be emailed to you, posted or verbally communicated with you, dependent on your preference.

FULL OF INFORMATION – Each set of A5 or A3 colour property details you receive will have HD colour photographs, floor plans with the measurements included within the floor plan for ease of use, maps and directions, plus an informative description of the property offering you information on what the property has to offer. Some of our properties will have Audio Tours where our clients have chosen this as an additional marketing feature.

WE WILL ACCOMPANY YOU AROUND OUR HOUSES – Our aim is to personally show you around our houses and where our clients have asked us to we can do this 7 days a week and usually at a time to suit you! Our offices are open 7 days a week and until 7pm Monday to Thursdays, so contacting us to arrange a viewing should rarely be a problem.

MAKE US AN OFFER – If you see a property through our company and are wondering what the vendor might take, we STRONGLY ADVISE you give us a call.
