    Mark has joined the Andrew & Co team after many years within estate agency and most recently was a partner at a corporate agency where he grew the lettings division to be the number branch in the country.

    Mark is used to working in both corporate and independent agencies and his wealth of knowledge will be invaluable to the lettings team. He is also a member of ARLA - Association of Residential letting agents.

    In his spare time Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and children and has a keen interest in football.

    Emma is one of our more experienced members of staff having worked in the estate agency industry since leaving school at the age of 16. Emma now specialises in lettings and works alongside Mark & Kirsty. Emma has been with Andrew & Co since 2011.

    Outside of work, Emma likes to spend time with her twin daughters, supporting them as they compete at County level cheerleading and netball. She also likes to take time out by reading.

To attract the largest possible audience, Andrew & Co work hard to raise awareness of the service we offer.       We are a member of the Estate Agents Ombudsman Scheme (OEA) which is governed by the Office of Fair Trading. The OEA provides an independent service for dealing with disputed between member agencies and customers who are buying or selling residential property in the UK. The OEA code is mandatory and is rigorously enforced with various compliance levels. The OEA also monitors consumer satisfaction, enabling it, and in turn us, to provide you with a better level of service. We are governed by the Estate Agency act of 1979. Its purpose is to ensure estate agents act in the best interests of all clients and both buyers and sellers are treated honestly, fairly and promptly.

      What experience and knowledge do you have of the local market?

      With more than 50 years' combined estate agency experience locally, we have built an extensive knowledge of the area's amenities and housing stock.       Andrew Neal MNAEA - Managing Director

      Andrew has been in the estate agency industry since 2001 where he started at one of the large corporate agencies before moving onto a local independent agent. After gaining years of experience Andrew thought the time was right to go it alone and founded Andrew & Co in November 2009, with New Romney & Charing offices opening not long after.

      Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his two boys and his wife, and when not working he is also a keen golfer and an avid football fan.

      Matthew Skipper - Director

      Having worked within the Estate Agency industry since 1999, 9 years of which was as an associate partner at one of Ashford's most high profile independent Estate Agencies, Matt's experience is a major benefit to Andrew & Co. Matt's particular expertise is within the Sales Progression field and has established some very good relationships with local solicitors, trades people and financial advisor which has worked in our clients favour many times.

      When not working Matt can be found running around after his 3 daughters, 2 of which are identical twins girls, which he can tell apart 75% of the time. Matt is a member of the Ashford & District Running club as well as a local Kickboxing club, and weather permitting is a keen (but not very good) golfer.

      So much is my passion for this business that it seems like only yesterday that I started in the estate agency profession, unbelievably it was over 30 years ago and I have enjoyed every minute. In that time I have managed branches for large corporate and independent estate agents across Kent and have developed a deep understanding of property and that it is the people that matter. I truly believe that when you are looking to appoint an agent that experience could be vital.
