With so many agents to choose from, Archway have aimed to stand out by offering a more personal service while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency. Archway appreciates that many prospective tenants lead busy lives and cannot always fit viewings into normal office hours. Unlike many companies we are flexible with our working hours and are prepared to carry out viewings in the evenings and at weekends where necessary, in order to place suitable tenants for our landlords with a minimum of delay.
To achieve the best results, we believe that each landlord should have a dedicated negotiator who will understand their requirements and be familiar with their property. Their negotiator will then deal personally with every aspect of the letting procedure from visiting the property with the landlord to carry out a rent appraisal and placing details on Rightmove, to the day carefully selected tenants take up a tenancy, and beyond for managed properties. The landlord will at any time be able to directly contact someone they know and who will be fully informed of progress at all stages. In our experience, this kind of relationship is very much appreciated and our landlords come back time and again to a company they know and trust.
