    Arnolds Keys was formed in May 2012 following the merger of two longstanding independent property firms, Arnolds and Keys. In November 2014 the professional services offering of the firm was further extended when rural chartered surveying practice Irelands became part of the Arnolds Keys group.

    Bringing over 150 years of rural surveying history, Arnolds Keys & Irelands' combined expertise extends to include land estate management, rural property, land & farm sales and planning diversification.

    Clive Hedges- Branch Manager
    Clive joined Arnolds Keys straight from school - in fact, he was working for the firm on Saturdays even before that. Although he has completed training in the auction rooms, Clive's first love is residential, and only recently retired as Partner in charge of the Residential team. He still enjoys the cut and thrust of the deal, and makes sure he keeps his hand in by carrying out valuations and negotiations.Having been with the firm so long, he often finds himself handling the sale of properties he first sold more than 49 years ago. .Sheringham born and bred, Clive is married with two daughters. After his family, his two passions are running and music. He was Chair of the North Norfolk Beach Runners for 11 years, and has run 11 Marathon with his personal best time a very creditable 3hrs 10 mins 10 secs. His musical activities include playing tuba with the Sheringham Salvation Army Band.

    Sue Hall - Property Specialist
    Sue has spent her entire career working in the property profession in north Norfolk, both for a number of agents, and running her own sales and lettings business for 17 years - so she has a comprehensive knowledge of the local market.She has lived in north Norfolk for most of her life. Sue has been married for 34 years and has three daughters aged 31, 27 and 18. 

    She likes to be active, enjoying running (she has completed the London Marathon, in four hours 30 minutes), cycling, water sports and walking, having tackled several of the UK's major peaks, including Snowdon, Ben Nevis and The Old Man of Coniston.Sue's ambition is to tour Australia and New Zealand.

    Paul Winterbourne - Assistant Manager
    As well as his responsibilities as assistant manager helping to lead the Coastal Support Team at Sheringham, Paul is very hands on as a sales negotiator, and takes particular responsibility for after-sales care. Born and bred in Sheringham, he spent three years in the hotel trade before joining Arnolds Keys over 32 years ago and now lives in Gresham, Paul is a busy musician, and is bandmaster of the Sheringham Salvation Army band, in which he also plays cornet. He is also an accomplished pianist. His other passion is motor-racing, and like a true petrolhead, he drives an Alfa Romeo. He has driven a Lotus Elise around the Hethel test track, and his ambition is to drive a Formula 1 car.

    Joe Hall- Residential Sales Negotiator
    Often the first face that visitors to the Sheringham office see, Joe's role includes arranging and accompanying viewings, keeping in contact with vendors, and negotiating the sale as it progresses.Sheringham born and bred, Joe has always been a people person, with previous roles as Front of House manager at Cromer Pier and Sales Operations Manager at Sheringham Little Theatre ensuring that he is well-known in the area.Joe joined Arnolds Keys full time in 2013, but had worked part-time for the firm since 2012, on a project to integrate the Sheringham and Cromer offices onto a new computer system.Creativity runs deep in his veins, and he enjoys making models and small-scale sculptures, both as a hobby and for occasional local commissions - including figureheads on show in Holkham Hall. He has been helping his parents design and build their own house for the past 18 months, and his ambition is one day to design and build his own home.

    Louise Hillman - Manager, Keys Holiday Cottages
    Louise heads up our holiday lettings arm, Keys Holidays, based at our Sheringham office. She is  responsible for recruiting property owners, inspecting properties, liaising with and advising owners, as well as marketing to holidaymakers through traditional and online channels. After studying at the City College Norwich Hotel School, she has fulfilled a number of customer service roles in the hospitality and travel sector in the UK, Italy and the US, and was most recently sales and marketing manager at Lyndford Hall Hotel near Thetford. Having travelled so much, she is pleased to have returned to north Norfolk, which is where her family lives, and rediscover the area again, finding places to walk her two Pekinese dogs. Her ambition is to visit the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu in Peru.

    Gayle Baxter- Administrator-Keys Holiday Cottages
    Gayle spends her time working with Louise on the holiday lettings side of the business, taking on new properties, dealing with owners, and taking bookings from holidaymakers. Born and bred in Norfolk, Gayle has lived in Sheringham for all but two years of her life, and brought up her two children, now 24 and 21, in the town. She enjoys walking her golden labrador Bentley on the beach, and gardening - she has recently moved to a new house in the town, and is currently busy planning her new garden.
