    Simon Dale-Branch Manager
    Simon manages our North Walsham office, a high-profile presence right on the town's Market Square. He leads the small team, as well as conducting valuations, and providing advice to vendors on market conditions and the best way to market their home. Originally from Brighton, he moved to Norfolk with his young family in 2000, settling in North Walsham. Since then he has spent around ten years managing branches of a corporate estate agency, as well as four years running his own business. Simon is married with three sons aged 18, 12 and 11. He enjoys freshwater fishing and landscape photography, as well as spending much of his spare time acting as taxi driver for his children. His ambition is to own a split-screen VW camper van and tour the continent in it.

    Annabelle is one of our residential negotiators in the North Walsham office, responsible for preparing property details, arranging viewings, negotiating sales and progressing them once an offer has been agreed.Originally from south Norfolk, Annabelle moved to North Walsham 19 years ago when her husband, who was in the RAF was posted to the area. She has three teenage children and two dogs, and enjoys walking and gardening.Annabelle enjoys travelling, especially to sunnier climes, and would one day like to own a holiday home somewhere sunny, perhaps in the south of France.

    Monica is one of  our residential negotiators in the North Walsham office, responsible for preparing property details, arranging viewings, negotiating sales and progressing them once an offer has been agreed.Originally from North Walsham, she still lives in the town. Monica enjoys music, where she has a diverse taste, and socialising. As well as two children in their 20s, she has a five year-old, who also takes up much of her time.Prior to the birth of her youngest child, Monica enjoyed aerobics, cycling and travelling, especially long weekends away. She would like to explore more of Germany, where her mum was born.

    Sophie Tomkins - Residential Negotiator
    Sophie is a trainee negotiator at our North Walsham office. She joined Arnolds Keys as an apprentice administrator, one of several in the firm who have entered the profession via this route and then taken the next step. Originally from London, Sophie moved to Norwich when she was nine, and lives in North Walsham. Prior to joining Arnolds Keys she spent two years as a hairdresser. She enjoys watching football, and is a Crystal Palace fan. Her ambition is to travel the world, and in particular to tour the United States.
