      For the last 10 years, Nick has studied the property pages and internet with the enthusiasm and interest that most of us reserve for the week's lottery result. Nick is a walking encyclopedia and knows pretty much everything there is to know about the property market in WA4. Born and raised in the village Nick has extensively studied and has numerous industry recognised qualifications and is also CeMap qualified, Nicks career started in financial services but moved into estate agency to indulge his passion in property - his first love. He started as an apprentice and moved through the ranks within Ashtons starting from lettings negotiator through to head of residential sales within 7 years. Over the years that ensued Nick has experienced most areas of the property market from commercial to development and is extremely experienced in all things property.
