Tom has been a Director at Aspire Estate Agents since 2009. He has extensive knowledge of the South West London property market having worked within the thick of it for over twelve years. Tom also heads up the Aspire New Homes department, a fast growing entity within the company.Backed by his excellent and experienced teams across the group,

Once instructed we will undertake to advertise your property on all the major property web sites including Rightmove, On the Market, alongside many smaller sites and of course our own website. As well as a major online presence many of our properties are also advertised in local and national papers together with various magazines until a suitable tenant is secured. Once a tenant is secured, aspire arrange the references and prepare the tenancy documents which form part of the contract between landlord and tenant.

We maintain very high professional standards and all our offices are either registered with ARLA [Association of Residential Letting Agents] or NALS [National Letting Scheme] We are members of TDS for deposit protection and The Ombudsman Scheme for lettings and have agreed to follow the TPO Code of Practice for Residential Estate Agents which goes well beyond that required by law.
