Aston Mead, Woking
The Martians chose well when they decided to land in Woking in HG Wells’ classic “The War of the Worlds”. It is, after all, a “proper” town, rather than a sprawling suburb of London. We find that our buyers really appreciate its leafy feel, family focus, great shopping and the variety of property on offer. Even though Woking is “fully itself”, many of our buyers choose it because they can still jump on a train and be in London within half an hour if they really have to! Still, that’s better than most tube commutes and it’s always a pleasure to come home at the end of a busy day in town.
