Much has changed in Fareham over the last 100 years, however the principles of Austin & Wyatt still remain much the same as they did back in 1903. DIRECTIONS
Exit junction 11 off the M27 taking the first left and keeping to the left hand lane which takes you down to the Delme roundabout. Take the third exit into East Street and where the road veers right our office is immediately occupying the right hand corner at the junction of the High Street.
LOCATION
The office is at the east end of Fareham’s West Street shopping centre. The leisure centre is within fifteen minutes walk from our office and the railway station is to be found at the opposite end of West Street. Being a recognised name in the town many locals turn to Austin & Wyatt to help sell more prestigious type properties in the areas. The Fareham branch was formed in 1903.
