We let country properties, houses and cottages for our clients varying in price from £400 to £10,000 per calendar month.

Our rural lettings department offers a flexible service in the following areas:

Find a tenant only

We prepare sales details, marketing strategy and advice (including property procurement for the market). We draw up the tenancy including dealing with deposits and inventories.

Management

We manage the property year round including re-letting when tenants vacate and we also deal with ongoing issues including maintenance and repair, rent collection and reporting to clients.

Consultancy and portfolios

Our residential lettings team also carry out other services for clients:

• Management of rural residential property portfolios
• Estate dwelling appraisals reviewing the terms of existing farm and estate let cottages and advising on strategies to optimise income. This includes reviewing existing agreements and their suitability under current legislation
• Advising on configuration of development projects to optimise letability and income
• Review of rents for protected and registered tenants
