Having re-branded from Scammell Adamson to BLaK Property on 1st February 2010, the Directors and Staff are excited at the new Company Profile and Branding which lifts the level of Profile and Presentation and we are committed the Estate Agency profession and to providing excellent customer service.
We now cover a large part of North Devon and North Cornwall; we offer the best service and coverage possible to buyers and sellers.
BLaK Property (Formerly Scammell Adamson) is now one of the longest established independent firms in the area.
Our sales team offer only the best advice and sensible marketing appraisals to our clients. We have very good local knowledge of the area and we deal with all types of residential and freehold commercial properties. We also have a comprehensive Property Management and Letting Department, with services including regular inspections on vacant properties such as 2nd homes/holiday homes; this offers peace of mind to the owners.
