    Martin has been successfully involved in Estate Agency since the mid 80's, progressing with a large PLC to Regional Manager and eventually opening his first Balgores office in Hornchurch in 2002. Since then the Balgores Property Group has gone from strength to strength and now boasts 6 offices throughout Essex. Martin puts Balgores' success down to "complete focus on customer service from our enthusiastic, positive and hardworking team". A family man, Martin loves to spend time with his wife and young children, his other passions are West Ham United and fishing.

    Matthew started in the industry in 1997 within a large corporate company where he worked with Group MD Martin Gibbon.
