    Martin Gibbon FNAEA - Group Managing Director
    Martin has been successfully involved in Estate Agency since the mid 80's, progressing with a large PLC to Regional Manager and eventually opening his first Balgores office in Hornchurch in 2002. Since then the Balgores Property Group has gone from strength to strength and now boasts 6 offices throughout Essex. Martin puts Balgores' success down to "complete focus on customer service from our enthusiastic, positive and hardworking team".
    A family man, Martin loves to spend time with his wife and young children, his other passions are West Ham United and fishing.

    Matthew Butler MNAEA - Area Director
    Matthew started in the industry in 1997 within a large corporate company where he worked with Group MD Martin Gibbon. He joined Balgores in 2005 to open the Romford Branch, which has gone from strength to strength. Matthew is a family man with a wife and two children with whom he spends most of his spare time. He is also a keen sports fan.

    Gavin joined Balgores Hornchurch in 2004. The Company then opened the Romford Branch in 2005 where he is now the Branch Manager of a successful team. Gavin's knowledge of the local area is second to none. When Gavin is not working his keen interests are golf where he almost made it as a professional.

    Simon joined the Company in 2009, leaving behind a successful career in the Entertainments Industry, with a string of television credits, including a starring role in BBC's Grange Hill. Simon's warm and bubbly personality has proved to be very popular with all of our clients, which is reflected in his sales records and the feedback from our customers. Away from the office Simon is a dedicated father and husband and is a keen golfer.
