    Dean Higham CeMAP - Senior Branch Manager
    Dean lives locally and has done all his life, he grew up in Atherton and went to school at Fred Longworth in Hindsford, he has strong local ties with friends and family in the local community giving him extensive knowledge of Tyldesley and surrounding areas. Dean began his career in estate agency in 2009 with Bridgfords as a qualified mortgage advisor in the Newton-Le-Willows branch. However Dean's natural flair for sales and his passion for property drew him to estate agency which has led to an impressive resume working for some of the biggest estate agents in the North West. Luckily we managed to persuade Dean to work for Balmer Wilcock in his home town and since joining has become our top Branch Manager delivering excellent results for the company and his clients. Outside of work Dean enjoys following football and boxing, but enjoys spending time with his daughter the most.

    Chelsea Horner - Property Consultant
    No-one knows the area better than local girl Chelsea Horner. Born and bred in the Astley and Tyldesley area Chelsea started her working career within the property industry for two other local estate agents before joining Balmer Wilcock in August 2015. Chelsea now has over three years' experience of selling houses in the local area, this combined with her local family roots makes her the perfect person to advise on all matters Tyldesley. Chelsea's day to day  role see's her building lasting relationships with buyers and sellers, many to this day still call in to the office to see her. Chelsea enjoys having a varied role within the company and her hard work will one day see her as a Branch Manager.
