What an amazing, professional service from start to finish. If you appoint the right Estate Agent to sell your home it removes all the stress associated with buying and selling a property.Banners listed my property on 2nd January 2020, I had an offer on 4th January 2020 and the sale completed on 7th February. The service and support provided meant all I had to do was turn up at the solicitors to sign the sale paperwork. The team at Banners did the rest, making it the quickest, simplest, smoothest and most customer focused service I have ever experienced.Thank you Pauline, Linda, Gill and Janet, I can't praise and thank you all enough, as a team you really make the difference.HM

I recently bought and subsequently sold my property with Banner & Co after opting for one of the cheaper agents to then learn my lesson and realise why Banner & Co are the best! It's simply the team that work there. They are incredibly professional at all times and extremely organised which makes all the difference.

Each viewing was accompanied by a member of staff and I was kept informed about the outcome of each visit and advised how best to proceed. Having just recently used Banners I can highly recommend the superb, professional and friendly service that Linda and all the team provided. From the outset they gave me expert advice on how to achieve the best price for my home, which ultimately meant I achieved the asking price. Another new Estate Agents in Lymm wanted to market my property with a view to achieving exactly £50k less than Banners achieved for my (modest) home. Banners marketed my property using professional photographs and proactively from day 1 until it was sold. Banners are also very flexible with regards to viewings with these being possible 7 days a week (something which I feel is essential these days) and feedback from these viewings was always provided.

Overall Banners exceeded my expectations (which is not easy to do!) and I would recommend that if you are looking for an Estate Agents look no further than Banners. If I'm selling a property in the area again I won't hesitate to use Banners.

Moving house during the uncertainty of coronavirus meant that we needed reassurance and an agent that was keeping everyone up to date. Banner were very efficient and helpful and were always contactable which was very important to us given that we moved the week of lockdown.  I have really enjoyed my experience of buying a house with Banner and Co. The best thing for me was the friendliness and approachability of the staff. They will do whatever they can to make time for you and that proved very beneficial for me especially because the area where I bought was not even on my list so naturally I had a lot of queries and concerns which were addressed to my satisfaction. The other thing that really pleased me was the fact that they are completely honest with you - there is no sales agenda behind the advice that they give. They would lay out the pros and cons for you and let you make the decision. I did not see any bias towards selling the property throughout the process. I would highly recommend using them if you are looking to buy in Lymm or surrounding areas!
