Trish Perrone - Managing Director
Dublin born Trish was educated in Loreto College for girls in Ireland and moved to the UK in the 1980’s, and carried on her education at Coventry University.
With over 20 years experience in the industry Trish is renowned for her passion of property and her ability to achieve the seemingly impossible. If a house is unsalable she will relish the challenge!
Trish lives in the local village of Swinford where she has been for over 9 years. She has one daughter Natasha and two dogs Jess & Harry.
Outside of work Trish continues to enjoy property interests with her interior design hobby, gardening and travelling when time permits.
Craig Bees - Managing Director
With an Estate Agency career spanning some 30 years, beginning in Towcester in 1980 and moving to Northamptonshire in 1983. Craig worked in Northampton Managing several offices, moving to a prominent local firm in 1985 as area Director. In 1993 Craig returned to a private partnership, two years later becoming an equity partner specialising in the valuation, marketing and sales of town and country homes.
In 2006 Craig began a new business, specialising in land acquisition and planning and development. Such was the success of the new venture that when the opportunity arose in 2007, Craig was able to acquire Bartram & Co Estate Agents.
Craig was born in Northampton and lives with his wife Kirsty and sons Daniel and George. He has three older children Holly and Harrison and the eldest Kim, who has just made him a very young but proud grandfather.
An avid sports fan, Craig follows the Northampton Saints attending games when business and family commitments allow and most weeks can be seen running aimlessly around a squash court, attempting to keep fit!
Kirsty Maclean – Property Management
Lancashire born Kirsty joined Bartram & Co at the opening of the Lutterworth branch. Having graduated from Leeds University Kirsty has settled back into Leicestershire where she has lived since 1990.
Whilst at University Kristy’s enthusiasm for Business and Marketing has grown with a flair for photography and design which compliments her role at Bartram & Co.
Outside of work Kirsty enjoys quality family time and continues her interest in Photography, exhibiting her work in both local and Yorkshire based galleries.
Vanessa Marriott – Property Management
Vanessa is Bartram & Co’s longest serving team member having worked for the company since 199? Vanessa manages Bartram & Co’s growing rental portfolio and with her ‘no-nonsense’ approach, is a big hit with Landlords and Tenants alike.
Married to Mark and with two older children Vanessa spends her free time with friends and family and looking after Marmite, their Labrador.
Luke McAfee - Sales Negotiator
Born in Reading, Luke joined Bartram & Co as a negotiator in September 2010 and is undergoing a training program which will culminate in NVQ, NAEA and Guild Associate examinations.
Luke has also completed his sixth form education at Northampton School for Boys where he studied Psychology, Sociology, Economics and PE.
Luke is a keen sportsman, playing cricket and football all year round which, in 2009 took him on a cricket tour to Trinidad and Tobago.
Michelle Rickard - Conveyancing Solicitor
Michelle has over 18 years experience in conveyancing and has worked with some of the largest conveyancing companies in the region. Michelle decided to set up her own practice as she felt that a larger firm could not provide the personal service which is so important to Michelle.

Robert Gillard – Planning & Building Design
Robert has more than 30 years experience. A national Property Manager for 18 years and an Electrical Engineer by trade, a continuing studying member of the RICS as a Building Surveyor with extensive experience on both domestic residential or commercial projects. Over the last two years alone more than 100 successful planning applications. We have our own CAD operators designing everything from a small residential extension on a house to a new build. We also deal with ‘Change of Use’ planning applications for residential and commercial property.
Our policy is to provide a complete low cost but quality service for both residential and the commercial property markets.
Brian Plant - Property Maintenance
Brian has worked alongside Trish for many years assisting with the refurbishment of properties and property maintenance on behalf of landlords. Brian’s flexible approach makes him an invaluable member of the team ensuring that Bartram & Co can deal with all aspects of maintenance on behalf of landlords whilst providing a 24hr Crisis Hotline for those unforeseen problems.
Brian lives in Rugby with his children and enjoys non participant sports in particular watching The Rugby and dog walking, when he’s not being called out to deal with property issues!
Matt Clarke - Positive Mortgages
Matt has extensive industry knowledge of all mortgage related matters, he has over 15 years experience in financial services, working for various banks & estate agencies and has been a ‘whole of market’ adviser since 2002. Matt works closely with Bartram & their Conveyancer to ensure your mortgage offer is issued swiftly & smoothly. Matt, a partner of Positive Mortgages, is able to see you at a place that is convenient for you whether it be at your home, work or at our office in Lutterworth. In his spare time he enjoys time with his family & playing Golf.
