    Yes, Tony Kemp is a 'Bear'. Tony is our Managing Director of Bear LOS. He's been an estate agent since he finished King John Sixth Form in 2005. Tony is a popular figure in Leigh-on-Sea. His loyalty, professionalism and approachable manner has earned him a highly respected reputation in the property industry. Tony, now, has taken his career to the next level, and started Bear LOS with his business partners, Kyle and Jay.       There were two stand out performers in Tony Kemp who had an impressive knowledge of the local market and was confident in his valuations for what was realistically achievable. He managed to secure us considerably more than a local competitor valued our property for which was a bonus. His photography was awesome and really made our house stand out and he was a real pleasure to do business with.

      Megan deserves a mention also for her patience and reassuring tenacity when dealing with a chain that seemed quite daunting to us. But with her dedication the sale was completed within the initial promised timeframe.I would definitely recommend buying or selling a property with the Bear team at Leigh on sea.
