We had rented for about 10 years and had used several different letting agents both in the South and North of England. Belvoir were by far the best. Daniel went out of his way to help us find a house as we had struggled elsewhere due to having 2 babies - we felt he genuinely cared about our case and before long we had found a beautiful house to rent. I was particularly super impressed with the inventory, having had some less-than-satisfactory experiences with other letting... agents. We always found Belvoir to be ultra-professional, they responded to any issues quickly, they were incredibly organised and efficient (for example regarding setting up utilities and contacting them again on our check-out which is an unusual but welcome occurrence). We also found them to be really flexible with regards to the check-out. If we were to rent again, we would definitely choose Belvoir and would absolutely recommend them to others. We always felt in safe hands.

I am currently renting with Belvoir and my experience so far has been very pleasant and straight forward. At 23 years old and a first time renter I was quite nervous about the process having been told by so many that statistically, moving house is the second most stressful thing a person can go through behind divorce. What encouraging friends I have eh. Belvoir made my partner and I feel at ease immediately and were more than happy to take their time to go through all of the ...admin and literature associated which we didn't really understand to begin with. The inventory that the company carried out is incredibly detailed and honest. I couldn't possibly add anything else to it which they hadn't already picked up on. Thank you to all the team at Belvoir in Skipton for your patience and support throughout the process. I would highly recommend using this company. Turns out moving house needn't be all that difficult.
