    We offer landlords a free, no obligation property appraisal. During the appraisal full details of the landlord's circumstances and requirements are discussed and full property particulars are taken in order to provide a realistic market valuation and a recommendation on the lettings potential of the property. At the appraisal an overview of the residential lettings process, current regulatory requirements and an overview of Belvoir's services.  
    Rents received are payable by the tenant monthly to our client account. You will be paid direct from this account and we will prepare, at regular intervals, a clear income and expenditure account that you can send to the Inland Revenue.

    Jamie Smith - Proprietor
    Jamie took over as franchise owner in 2007 along with his wife Kerry. As an experienced buy-to-let landlord himself, Jamie has learned much from his firsthand encounters with good, bad and indifferent agents over the years. Customer service is very much top on the agenda. You'll discover that Jamie happily spends his time discussing the finer points of the letting process to landlords and tenants alike. It is Jamie who also ensures that the rents are collected and paid promptly and keeps a very close eye on the financial side of the business.

    Kerry has many years experience in building meaningful relationships with customers and is passionate about ensuring that Belvoir Swindon maintains the same approach.     Matthew Knight Dip RLM- Lettings Manager
    If you have a property that you are considering letting or if you are looking to purchase property as a buy-to-let investment Matthew is certainly the person to speak to. Matthew joined Belvoir Swindon in 2006 and has in depth knowledge and experience in all aspects of property letting. His primary role at Belvoir revolves around valuing properties, advising on potential investment purchases you may be looking at, and ensuring that we as a company find the most suitable tenant for your property to keep your investment protected. Matthew is always on hand to assist you with any queries you may have at any stage of the rental process, the practicalities of anything you may wish to do or your legal position with any changes you or your tenant may need to make to the tenancy.

    Laura Barker - Property Manager
    Laura's roll at Belvoir is purely dedicated to the ongoing property management and maintenance of your property. In order to make sure that your property is maintained in a way you would be proud of she and her team will carry out regular inspections. This involves visiting your property to ensure that the tenants are treating the property responsibly and with respect. These visits are also beneficial to tenants as they provide an opportunity to bring up anything that they may feel is an issue. In the rare event that there are any problems, she will endeavour rectify them swiftly and in the most fitting manner. Laura is always available to advise on the most appropriate, effective and long term solutions for you as a landlord whilst alleviating any tenant frustration. Her widespread knowledge of property makes her an integral part of the team.

    Swindon born and bred, Laura joined the team in 2009 with a background and qualifications in business accountancy. A keen eye for detail and figures comes in handy when ensuring that landlord's statements and payments are processed quickly and correctly.
