Belvoir Basingstoke has been trading since early 2009, finding tenants and managing properties in an area bounded by Hook, Aldermaston, Newbury and Winchester. Part of one of the UK’s largest groups of independent lettings specialists, it is owned and run by Andrew Lowery and Mike Jones.
Property Owners:
• No matter what sort of property you have, Belvoir will have experience of it, from studio apartments to large detached properties with swimming pools in landscaped gardens.
• Belvoir fees are fully transparent and the level of service on offer is particularly flexible. You may have as much participation as you wish; Belvoir will simply provide you with fully referenced tenants if that is all you need, or for the less experienced or those with less time, Belvoir will happily manage your property or indeed your portfolio for you, providing you with periodic detailed reports.

Tenants:
• Belvoir take the trouble to try and fully identify your needs. When did an agent last put you in a car and take you to see as many properties as necessary in an attempt to find the one which is right for you? Belvoir are more than happy to do this.
• Fees are fully transparent and, in the event that things go horribly wrong and you decide not to proceed, most of the fee is refundable. Belvoir aren’t in the business of making money out of abortive application fees.
• If you don’t find something that suits today, call or email in order to register your interest. Make sure you provide Belvoir with enough information to be able to alert you of ideal properties before they are advertised for others to see.
