Since being awarded Franchisee of the Year by the British Franchise Association in 2006 and again in 2007 but this time, awarded to our Peterborough branch. 2009 has started exceptionally well and continues to look very promising. Sleaford and its surrounding villages is popular with Buy-to-Let investors due to its proximity to major routes. The A15 /A17 North /South , A52 East/ West and all coinciding with the A1. The M1 is also within relatively easy striking distance. Within an hours drive residents can reach Lincoln, Nottingham, Leicester and Peterborough. Commuters can also reach London within acceptable timescales.
The Grammar Schools and the Lincoln University draw people to Lincolnshire. Sleaford is very well served by its local senior schools which work together to provide an excellent variety of courses.
