Bidwells was established in 1840 and today employs 450 partners and staff in offices throughout the Eastern Region, East Midlands and Scotland. In the Eastern Region we have offices in Cambridge, Chelmsford, Norwich, Ipswich, Northampton, Milton Keynes and Saffron Walden. We are the largest mixed practice of independent property consultants in the UK managed outside of London and are acknowledged as regional experts, with an understanding of local market conditions. Although we are a Partnership we are run on corporate lines with Commercial, Rural, Residential and Professional Services divisions.
Bidwells has gained considerable expertise in the execution of large contracts with corporations and public sector authorities, although we are equally proud to have been retained by some of our more traditional clients for over 100 years. We pride ourselves on our local market knowledge in the Eastern Region, experience that has been gained over a number of years. Our client portfolio today is diverse and includes clients from the commercial, industrial, local authority and public sectors.
