John Clitheroe (Partner) and Peter Bond (Partner) run the business and have over 25 years experience of Estate Agency, Letting and Property Management. They both have an extensive knowledge of the local market and aim to keep your dealings with Bond Estates as stress free as possible.
Tony Sharpe (Office Manager) is responsible for the day to day running of the office with overall responsibility for both the sales and property management sides of the company.
With over thirty years experience within the industry Tony is ideally placed to ensure that your dealings with Bond Estates will be a pleasant and rewarding experience.
Our established property management and sales departments are headed by Kelly Bowles (Lettings Manager) and Jamie Moss (Senior Lettings and Sales Advisor). They are both ably assisted by Nicola (Administration Assistant) and Tom (Trainee Negotiator) whilst the company currently manage properties with an estimated value in excess of £30million.
The team is also assisted by Alison (Dedicated Property Inspector), who’s only job is to ensure that all properties are maintained to the standards expected. This is backed up by our DVD video inventories and regular reports
Rob Hayward is our Independent Financial Advisor who is on hand to offer full financial and mortgages advice.
All tenants are subject to full referencing and credit checks via a dedicated independent agency who also offer rent protection insurance if required.
