    Our Oxford office, at Twining House, 294 Banbury Road, Summertown is located just to the northern end of the shopping parade.This sought after location it the ideal place for landlords and tenants to visit and for us to display our available properties.

    Although renowned for its ancient University, the city centre has a diverse population demanding all types of property. We generally have a wide array of houses and apartments on offer including six bedroom family homes right through to en-suite rooms in shared houses.

    From this office, we cover a large geographical area, including the ever popular North Oxford, Osney, St Clements and West Oxford as far as Witney and surrounding villages. Oxford has excellent transport links with all areas of the city well served by regular buses. There are frequent trains to all parts of the country from Oxford Train station and Oxford Parkway. .

    Greg Barnes- Managing Director 
    Greg set up the letting division in 2004 starting in a small city centre which was rapidly outgrown with the acquisition of several other businesses and is now located in the prestigious location of Beaumont Street in the heart of Oxford with an additional four branches through Oxfordshire. Qualified to Level II in the ARLA exams having achieved distinction at Level I Greg has a genuine drive to offer a friendly, personal and practical approach and employs an impressive team of like-minded staff.

    Chris Mitty- Operations Manager
    Chris joined Greg in the early days at our first office in Hollybush Row as a property manager. Following the relocation to our current office, Chris led the expansion of our property management and refurbishment division and more recently has taken the role of Operations Manager. His undoubted strength is being able to absorb what are often demanding issues and resolve them rapidly through a strong team and supported by our approved professional contractors. Chris and his family live in West Oxfordshire and is well known in the sporting world being an accomplished cricket and hockey player.

    Elizabeth Nuttall- Office Manager
    Liz joined the letting team in Oxford as a senior letting negotiator and has since become the Office Manager, a key role which ensures that our departments run smoothly, landlord's properties are let quickly and that tenants are dealt with efficiently. Liz has amazing organisational and administration skills and with the support of her letting team delivers a great service to our clients, both landlords and tenants. Liz would also deal with the renewal of a tenancy. She is ARLA qualified and lives in North Oxfordshire with her husband and two dogs.

    Louise Passfield- Customer Service Manager 
    Louise started her career at Breckon & Breckon in 2007 originally working in our Oxford sales office. After moving into lettings in 2008, working in many roles in our Oxford and Woodstock offices she now heads our customer service and training program which is a hugely important facet of our business allowing us to ensure staff are well trained and that landlords and tenants are happy! Louise is ARLA qualified and lives in North Oxfordshire with her two daughters and husband.

    Andrew Slatter- Client Account Manager 
    Andy joined us from a long career in banking and looks after our client accounts. Accuracy and efficiency both of which are part of Andy's DNA are adopted to ensure that our clients are paid swiftly, and to ensure compliance at every stage of the accounting process. Andy's other interests include watching football, either with his friends or at Leeds United and he is also a qualified Cricket Umpire.

    Ben Coates- Property Manager 
    After completing a Property Finance and Investment Bachelor of Science Degree at Nottingham Trent University, Ben went on to pursue a career in property management which he has been enjoying for the last 4 years. Having relocated to Oxford Ben joined our Property management team and brought with him a strong knowledge base to provide our clients a considered and professional management service. Outside work Ben enjoys hiking and recently completed a trip through the Alps for charity.

She enjoys socialising with her friends and is popular and regular attendee of the local gastropub!

    Jodie joined us having worked for a team of orthopaedic consultants in the NHS for a number of years. Out of the office Jodie enjoys travelling and also fine wine and dining and would make a great critic having tried almost every restaurant in Oxford!

Clarissa is very organised and meticulous, whether it is in her personal or work life, especially organising trips away with her partner.
