Brian Holt Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents, opened it's offices in Kenilworth and Coventry in 1995 followed by Leamington Spa in 1998.
Brian Holt has succeeded in achieving a significant market presence and a reputation of which the firm is justifiably proud, having now expanded to provide a specialist survey division and an additional office in Earlsdon (Coventry)
As an independent firm Brian Holt is not owned by any firm or insurance company. We are able to help with all aspects of buying a home, but our specialism is in selling houses. Our success has been based upon providing a genuine and caring service, with a management team who have many years experience of the areas in which they work. We are completely customer orientated and endeavour to look after the customer as we would wish for ourselves.
Our service to and recommendations from our clients are the main reason for our success and we continue to retain the traditional values which are still crucial to providing a professional service. Nevertheless, we have embraced technological change having recently installed leading edge IT which will enable us to remain at the forefront of Estate Agency in our area.
