Brick House Properties, Milton Keynes
Brick House Properties was started in 2009 in Caldecote, Milton Keynes. After years of having somebody else manage properties on our behalf for a high fee we decided to initially manage our own properties.
However after speaking to friends we realised we were not the only people being charged high amounts for letting a property. Brick House Properties was born out of this with an aim for letting properties on a low fee passing the saving onto the Landlord and aiming to provide the best customer service possible.
Brick House Properties is run by Elaine and Ryan Brown, a mother and son combination both of them with experience in owning and letting out their own properties. Elaine has previous experience in running a company and using office systems effectively and Ryan has been focused on properties since working although he is involved in charity work outside the workplace.
